Ulverscroft Grange - Keep Safe Place

The Keep Safe Place Scheme is recognised throughout the UK as an initiative to help people to deal with issues that may take place when they are out and about. A keep safe place is a temporary safe place a person can go to when they feel unsafe, vulnerable or upset.
The scheme is aimed at helping people feel confident and safe when in their community, knowing that assistance is available if required.
The staff at a Keep Safe Place can:
Offer a place of safety.
Offer a place to calm down.
Help make a phone call to a friend, relative or carer.
Make a phone call to a friend, relative or carer on an individual's behalf.
Call the Police or another emergency service.
