We are delighted to announce a well-being initiative to enhance your health and wellbeing in 2022! Try something new in 2022 commences on Thursday 6th January and will enable you to try a new activity or session, free of charge!
The Foundation offers a wide range of inclusive sessions to try, from meditation and mindfulness to tai chi or singing! A great opportunity to give yourself a health boost and make new friends in a supportive and welcoming setting. Classes run throughout the week and are offered on a first come, first served basis, so please get in touch and book now to avoid disappointment
