Manor Hire
Ulverscroft Manor provides a comfortable and welcoming private venue ideal for small meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
Set in the prestigious Charnwood Forest, deep in the heart of Leicestershire’s stunning countryside, the Manor offers much more than just a meeting space.
With its peaceful surroundings, postcard-perfect views, and charming, well-equipped facilities, it’s the ideal setting for focused and productive business gatherings.
Activity Centre Hire
Our purpose-built Activity Centre is a versatile space, ideal for a wide range of events, workshops, workspaces, and functions. With its own car park, kitchen, and fully accessible facilities—including dedicated ladies, gents, and disabled toilets — this stand-alone retreat is designed to meet diverse needs.
Situated all on one level, the Activity Centre offers seamless accessibility and is even equipped with its own defibrillator, ensuring peace of mind for all visitors.
Yurt Hire
What a delight it is to experience this hidden gem nestled within our woodlands—the Yurt. With cozy lighting and heating, this charming space is perfect for intimate, private gatherings.
Accommodating around 15 seated guests, the Yurt offers a unique and secluded setting. While it is accessible on foot, our wheelchair guests can reach it comfortably with our buggy service.
Toilet facilities are conveniently located just a two-minute walk away at the Manor.
The Manor, Activity Centre and Yurt are located at our Priory Lane site. Nestled on the outskirts of the City of Leicester, we are only a 15 minute drive away and are perfectly positioned close to Junction 22 of the M1 and the A50.
We have good links to Coalville and Loughborough and offer plenty of parking.
