Emma has been practicing Mindfulness meditation over several years and teaches Mindfulness courses to corporate teams, public sector teams, the general public and charity organisations.

What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness helps us to focus on the present moment. It helps us to acknowledge and be aware of our own feelings and thoughts. You will learn simple techniques and activities which help you to: Improve your wellbeing, reduce anxiety and stress, Manage your feelings, Calm your mind, Spend more time in the present.
Here are some of the areas Emma covers during the 1 hour session
What mindfulness is, how to practice it, specific focus on regular mindfulness to handle stress and increase resiliency.
The body - mind connection and moving into the body vs autopilot behaviours.
Thoughts overview and techniques to work with a busy mind
Managing difficult emotions or pain mindfully
Developing a kind and compassionate approach to self and others.
Bringing mindfulness into everyday life (at work and home) and using mindfulness during various life stages and life events.
Focus on specific challenges such as anxiety, sleep issues, phobias, bereavement and loss, pain, physical health etc.
Informal mindfulness - tips and techniques to bring into every day life.
Emma takes you through two guided mindfulness practices in each session.
£4.00- Per session or a reduction in fee if session is prebooked and prepaid
