Seated Yoga
Gentle movements that focus on strength, flexibility and breathing while helping to develop and nurture a greater sense of wellbeing.
Work to your own ability and listen to your body. Follow any safety instructions/modifications as necessary. Never continue with a movement that is too difficult or you feel any discomfort. If you experience any problems ease off or stop the movement. If in any doubt about your health, or fitness to participate, please consult your GP.
