When are the Christmas lunches available?
Our Christmas specials of the day will be available every Tuesday and Thursday from 23rd November until 21st December - 12 noon - 2.00 pm *subject to availability.
Can I make a reservation or booking for a Christmas lunch?
Table reservations are welcome - this will guarantee a table, but festive specials are allocated on ordering and availability is on a first come first served basis.
Why can I not make a reservation for Christmas lunch?
Our festive dishes are cooked daily, using fresh seasonal ingredients. Adaptations to our festive special menu may be required, due to availability of seasonal produce and ingredients.
Can I pay a deposit?
We are not taking bookings for our fesitve menu so a deposit is not required.
Why are you doing things differently this year?
We pride ourselves on producing high quality, home cooked dishes. We guarantee our visitors have the best possible service and experience. Our festive lunches are very popular and in high demand, therefore our staff will cater for a set number of 20 festive specials daily.
During the ongoing pandemic the welfare and safety of our staff, volunteers and visitors are paramount. We will endeavour to fulfil our festive offering, but due to unforeseen supply chain issues or the need for staff / volunteers having to isolate this may not always be possible.
What happens if the festive specials are SOLD OUT, what will be available to me?
Our table menu will be available from 12noon until 2.00pm alongside our daily specials, therefore our usual menu items will also be available to order.

Roast turkey with roast potatoes and parsnips, braised red cabbage, seasonal vegetables, Grandad Kens’ stuffing, pigs in blankets and rich gravy.
(v) Cranberry and cashew nut roast with roast potatoes and parsnips, braised red cabbage, seasonal vegetables and rich vegetarian gravy (vegan option available).
