Hire space in a prestigious location deep in the heart of Leicestershire's beautiful Charnwood Forest. Our meeting rooms and outdoor spaces offer a unique and inspiring opportunity for business, training and learning. With ample parking within yards of the spectacular property and woodland walks to help unwind during breaks, Ulverscroft Manor is the perfect getaway; providing an unpressurised environment for serious business.
Three Linked ground floor rooms and conservatory – The ground floor is available to hire for a limited number of days throughout the year. Ground floor rooms have wheelchair access and accessible toilets.
Three Individual second floor rooms – Three different rooms offering individual character and charm. These rooms can accommodate between 10 and 30 people (dependant on layout). Please note there is restricted disability access as these rooms are accessible by stairs.
For an inspirational but slightly unconventional meeting in the heart of the woods Ulverscroft Manor offers the Yurt Creative Space. The yurt has no electricity, but is heated by a log burning stove. This tranquil setting is the ultimate rendezvous for creative thinking, team building and learning.
The Yew Trail Site provides the perfect space for team building and away day events.

Unlimited tea, coffee and biscuit selection £4.00 per delegate
All catering is freshly prepared by the Foundation's experienced and dedicated team. We are very happy to discuss individual requirements and aim to cater for all tastes and budgets. Details of the various buffet options and meeting platters are available upon request.
